H.I.I.T Class is a fun, fast paced class that guarantees to rid you of those cardio blues.We will be focusing on a full body workout with an Interval type of training that involves a low- to high-intensity workout paired with intermittent rest periods.
￼Session 1 will run January 7th -30th
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 6-7pm (this is a 45 minute class with intermittent rest periods)
Things to bring: water bottle (towels are provided)
$5 per class members / non members
This class is open to the public
You do not need to pre register for this class.
Please stop by the desk upon entering the facility to sign in/ check in with our gym attendant.
Class: Gentle, Relaxing and Restorative Yoga
Level: Beginners Encouraged, All Levels Welcome
When: 5 Week Series beginning January 20 through February 19.Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6:00pm (class will be 45 minutes to an hour)
What to bring: mat, water bottle and (optional) blanket for extra support. Yoga straps and blocks will be supplied.
$10 per class.
